The extraordinary scanning capability is based on the engine of the GD4400 and delivers top performance, particularly in small spaces. Starting at a scanning distance of 2.5 cm the GFS4400 reads even very small barcodes without trouble; it also reliably reads barcodes from displays and monitors. This opens up a whole new spectrum, from mobile marketing to ticketing applications at events, in theme parks, etc.
With its extremely compact housing the GFS4400 is perfect for mounting into kiosk terminals and applications in production, warehouses or logistics centers. The housing is IP54-certified and easily withstands dust, splash water and numerous cleansers and disinfectants. Decide between a USB connection and RS-232. The patented Green Spot scan confirmation, confirmation tone, targeting crosshair and manual trigger make scanning easy, fast and highly ergonomic. The powerful scan engine is also available as an OEM version GFE4400 without housing.
