We offer a wide range of delivery options to suit your requirements.Â
Delivery charges are calculated on each order based on a number of different factors. To ensure the total cost of your order is as clear as possible, delivery charges are always shown on the first page of the checkout and can be calculated without entering any personal information.Â
Calculating delivery on such a wide range of products is a constant challenge as our suppliers and manufacturers make changes on price etc from time to time so the way we work things out also changes.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £49Â
-  Free ECONOMY delivery to UK mainland addresses on orders over £49 and under 30 kgÂ
-  Free NEXT DAY UK mainland delivery on orders over £150

Free delivery is offered on a within 5 working day service and next day on orders over £150. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and other public holidays.Â
Only qualifying products are eligible for free delivery and certain offers and promotions may be excluded. Where exclusions apply this will be clearly stated within the products page.Â
Free delivery is subject to the following conditionsÂ
- The total weight of the order must be less than 30 kg on 5-day serviceÂ
- The delivery address must be to a UK mainland addressÂ
From time to time we run promotions on selected items offering free delivery. The free delivery option may not be available if other non-qualifying items are added to the same basket.Â
International Delivery
We deliver our products to a wide range of countries outside the UK. If you would like to place an order but the delivery option is not present, please contact us via live chat or by sending us an email : [email protected]
FAQ
When you go to the checkout, there will be an option to collect your item, please select this option and we will prepare your item for collection, and notify you once it is ready to collect.Â
All items ordered before 2 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. If you need to order after this time and have your item dispatched immediately, please call us to see if there any arrangements we can make.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone, to let you know of a delay period.
Most items are sent by courier on a next day delivery, however, some smaller items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, this usually means you will receive your item within 1-2 days. If you need your item urgently please call us.
At the checkout, you will find further options to allow you to speed up your delivery, including time-specific delivery options.
We pack all of our items securely to make sure when you receive them; they are free from any damages during delivery. However
some instances we cannot control what happens during transit, so if there is any damage to your item, please inform us immediately.
90% of our items are track able and have a tracking number, if you provide an email address or valid mobile number during checkout, you will receive updates on when you will receive your item.
Sometimes Couriers will email/text you an hour window of delivery allowing you to know exactly when your item will arrive.
Sometimes you will need to sign for your item, if you are not available to sign for your item, the courier may leave a calling card allowing you rearrange delivery, or they may leave your item with a neighbour.
Sometimes our couriers will email/text you to let you know of a delivery time, you are then able to change delivery dates, or ask them to leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Our returns policy is based on a 7 Day period, you may return an item within 7 days of receiving it for a Full refund or an exchange. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received when sending it back to us. All return costs will need ot be beared by the customer. If you receive a faulty item we will bear the cost and send a replacment out as soon as we receive the faulty item.Â
